The Holk holiday flat is a high-quality, maritime-style, non-smoking flat covering 65 square metres. You have a wonderful view of the water from one bedroom as well as from the south-facing balcony of the living room. Your gaze can wander from the River Uecker, across the harbour basin to Ueckermünde. The flat is our largest three-room flat and a real space miracle.

The living room has a large dining table with six chairs, a pull-out folding sofa with a sleeping place for two people and an armchair. A flat-screen TV is available for your multimedia needs. Your holiday flat has a cable connection. Some board games are also waiting for you here.
The two master bedrooms are identical in size and have almost the same layout. Both bedrooms have a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobes and a large wardrobe. There is also a bunk for our younger guests. This little gem is also a bedroom with space for one person. The bed size of the bunk is 80x200cm. Especially in summer it will find its lovers. In the low season, please note that, typical of its origin, the bunk does not have a radiator.
Your large star kitchen is fully equipped for you. Components include a ceramic hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a microwave, plenty of crockery, a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer and other equipment. The bathroom has a shower with shower cubicle, shelves and a hairdryer. There is plenty of space for all your utensils.
The special feature of this flat is its spaciousness. The perfect layout of all the rooms and the loving attention to detail promise a special holiday experience. In addition to families, this flat is also particularly suitable if two couples want to holiday together. The holiday apartments
Our holiday flats in Ueckermünde are furnished to a high standard and are located directly on the waterfront. All windows in the bedrooms are fitted with fly screens and the patio doors are fitted with insect screens. All bedrooms can be blacked out. Each holiday flat has a baby travel cot and a high chair available free of charge. Car parking spaces are optionally bookable in the lagoon town on the lagoon. Smoking is not permitted in any of the holiday flats and you can take your four-legged friend with you to many of the accommodation units.
The lagoon town
The lagoon town on the lagoon is located in the immediate vicinity of the mouth of the Uecker into the Szczecin Lagoon. The lagoon, which has direct access to the Baltic Sea, is the perfect starting point for water sports activities of all kinds. The lagoon town has 380 boat moorings, a boat fuelling station, a slipway and parking spaces for trailers. If you don't want to bring your own boat, you can use our harbour-based hire service on the lagoon. Motorboats, jet skis and canoes can be hired here. Licence-free models are also available.
Aside from the maritime location, the spacious, well-kept grounds offer a lot more. There is a beach volleyball court, a basketball hoop and a small football pitch for sporting activities. There is also a children's playground. There is a bistro in the lagoon town, where you can also have breakfast. If you want to cater for yourself, you can use the bread roll service in the complex. The barbecue area for the self-organised barbecue rounds off the offer.
The beach of Ueckermünde
The fine sandy beach of Ueckermünde, only 200 metres away from the Lagunenstadt, is equally popular with all bathers. Culinary delights are available here in the form of various fish and snack bars as well as in the beautiful beach hall. In addition to beach volleyball courts, a bungee trampoline facility and a mini golf course, the water sports centre is a real crowd-puller.
The seaside resort of Ueckermünde
The seaside resort of Ueckermünde is a small town that is over 750 years old and has been beautifully renovated. The town centre is the market square. Concerts are often held here in summer. The market square is also the starting point for various guided tours of the town. Many restaurants adorn the townscape. Otherwise, the usual range of services of a German spa town can be found within walking distance - from banks to pharmacies, from supermarkets to boutiques. Special highlights are certainly the town cinema, the pier of the Oderhaff shipping company Peters, which offers trips to Usedom and Poland as well as tours of the lagoon. The zoo in Ueckermünde is always worth a visit. A special highlight is our 3D black light indoor miniature golf course in the old railway station in Ueckermünde. A perfect change of pace after or instead of a day at the beach.
