De privacy
Er is geen buitenruimte voor jezelf en veel geluidshinder van wijnopslag wanneer de ramen geopend waren. Als je ze gesloten hield, was het wel stil, maar weer erg bedompt.

Omdat het appartement op de bovenste verdieping ligt onder schuin dak, was het ondanks dat de zomer eigenlijk wel voorbij is, erg warm in het appartement.
