Brief Description: It is located next to the main house in an outbuilding.
The 34m² space includes a cozy living area with a seating area and TV.
Additionally, there is a 17m² conservatory with a dining table.
Children under 5 years old are free of charge; please do not include them as a person. Location Description: From your holiday accommodation, you can quickly reach (10 km) the Baltic seaside resort of Warnemünde with its "Alten Strom," incomparable atmosphere, and wonderfully wide white sandy beach.
After only 7 km, you will reach the center of the Hanseatic city of Rostock and the marina with its numerous docked boats.
However, St.
Mary's Church, the university, or the historic old town of Rostock are also worth a visit.
In 12 km, you can see the Doberan Minster in Bad Doberan.
A special experience is to take a ride there on the "Molli," a historic narrow-gauge railway, to Germany's oldest seaside resort, "Heiligendamm," and continue to the seaside resort of "Kühlungsborn." There is also a large leisure pool in Wismar, about 60 km away, for swimming fun in bad weather or outside the swimming season. Amenities: The bedroom has a double bed (1.40 x 2m) and a bunk bed (90cm x 2m), as well as a wardrobe with storage space.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, cooking plates, pots, and pans.
The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer.
The bungalow is not barrier-free. Outdoor Area: Parking, barbecue facilities. Special Features: Pets are allowed; dogs must be kept on a leash on the property.
The landlords live on the property and are therefore on-site to hand over the keys.

Mir hat die Aufteilung gefallen im Haus. Man kommt überall gut rann. Und man kann gut kochen in der Küche.
Der Fahrweg zum Ferienhaus. Der Plattenweg geht garnicht muss ich sagen. Und auch die Schlaglöcher beim einfachen der Wohnung.
Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr wunderschön und eine ruhige Ecke kann man gut entspannen, ist nicht weit zum Bahnhof zu laufen.
Ist aber in der Nacht sehr schlecht beleuchtet die Ecke
