You can reach the neighboring recreational area Kulkwitzer See with its many green spaces in just a five-minute walk.
There you can enjoy wonderful swimming, diving, water skiing, or simply lie down and relax. We are a very good starting point for hiking and cycling tours.
The cycle paths are well-developed. The historic city center of Leipzig, with its sights and a diverse range of cultural and gastronomic offerings, is about half an hour away.
The tram stop can be reached in just a 10-minute walk. Shopping facilities such as Netto and Aldi are in the immediate vicinity. In our living/dining area, you will find a place to relax after a long day. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa, put your feet up, and watch TV programs on the flat-screen TV. In the open and fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them together at the dining table. You will find peaceful and restful sleep in the spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The wardrobe provides ample storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and a large mirror. Outdoor area: The entrance to the holiday apartment is directly from the garden, which you are welcome to use. Unwind after an eventful day with a glass of wine and enjoy the wonderful tranquility.
