A deposit of €1,500 will be made via a bank pre-authorisation. A link will be sent by email from the server of our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting the bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.


Beds will be made on arrival depending on the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing-up tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc...) are included in the price, as well as cleaning at the end of your stay.

We can provide a BB cot and high chair free of charge on request.

You can book your transfers, private lessons, home chef, caterer, massages, etc. directly online. A link will also be sent to you as soon as your booking has been confirmed.

About Saint-Jorioz....


The village of Saint-Jorioz enjoys a privileged location on the shores of Lake Annecy: crossed by the cycle path, it stretches up to the foothills of the Bauges massif.


This popular location is certainly one of the reasons why it is the most densely populated village on the shores of the lake, with plenty of sunshine and all the shops and services you need: supermarkets, banks, restaurants, chemists, bakeries, delicatessens, not forgetting a large number of medical and paramedical professions.


A constantly changing village where life and holidays are clearly a pleasure.


There are plenty of things to do nearby:



In summer:


- Cycling (the cycle path is accessible from the flat)

- Hiking : Mont Veyrier, La Tournette or the Cascade d'Angon

- Sailing, pedal boats, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddling, water skiing (we'll be happy to put you in touch with our partner in Annecy)

- Paragliding: you'll have the chance to watch them take off from Montmin or land at the nearby Talloires base: daily spectacle guaranteed!

- Mid-mountain walks from Montmin (20 mins), Mont Veyrier (20 mins), Parmelan or La Clusaz (40 mins)

- Summer tobogganing from La Clusaz resort

- An adventure park at Talloires (20 mins) or Tamié (40 mins)


In Winter:
