Die Umgebung von Bellin, das Stettiner Haff ist sehr schön. Ideal zum Wandern.
Das Haus ist nicht wärmeisoliert. Daher für die Wintersaison überhaupt nicht geeignet. Trotz mehrerer Heizungen wurde es kaum warm. Das Bad war eiskalt, Fenster mit einer Decke (von eingeklemmten Besen und Wischer gehalten).
Für diese Ausstattung ist der Preis bei weitem zu hoch.
Die Betten sind auch eine Katastrophe. Wer noch keine Rückenprobkeme hat, hat sie garantiert nach der ersten Nacht.
