This holiday home with a large garden is located in the immediate vicinity of the famous hamlet of Marzamemi and is only 3 km from Pachino.
Its proximity to the beach (200 m) makes it the ideal destination for a relaxing beach holiday.
The beach offers both free and equipped beach areas and from here you can also walk to the characteristic hamlet of Marzamemi with its beautiful town square and one of the oldest tonnara in the region - here you can taste a typical local speciality: the bottarga di tonno rosso.
The house is an ideal starting point for visiting the beautiful towns of the Sicilian Baroque: Modica (38 km), Ragusa (55 km) and Noto (UNESCO World Heritage Site). For nature lovers: just 3 km away is the protected oasis of Vendicari in the Val di Noto.
Etna is 100 km away, where you can go crater walking and admire the ancient lava flows.
The harbour of Pozzallo is 20 km away and boats to Malta leave from here.

Sehr schöne Anlage.
Außer dem großen Haupthaus mit zwei Ferienwohnungen gibt es noch zwei weitere Bungalos. Unser hatte zwei Schlafräume ein großes Bad und eine Küche. außer der Espressokanne gibt es auch eine kleine Kaffeemaschine und jede Menge Geschirr.
Die Eigentümerin wohnt auf dem Gelände in einem Nebengebäude und spricht auch Deutsch. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.
Negativ ist nur die Ortsumgebung. Wir waren im April da und da die vielen Wochenendhäuser noch leer stehen sieht es etwas verwahrlost aus.
Aber das ist der Gemeinde wohl egal.

La proprietaria ci ha accolti con un aperitivo e si è mostrata una signora molto gentile. La casa è molto bella, con stanze grandi, luminose e spazi esterni comodi. La vicinanza al borgo di Marzamemi è ottimale per le passeggiate serali. Le spiagge di Noto, Vendicari, San Lorenzo e isola delle correnti sono vicine e facilmente raggiungibili. Siamo stati bene. Come a casa nostra. Lo consiglio.
