Das Grundstück ist super schön und gepflegt. Der Vermieter kommt nur ca. einmal pro Woche vorbei, um Rasen zu mähen oder sonstige Wartungsarbeiten am Pool zum Beispiel zu erledigen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus ist mitten im Wald. Es ist wunderbar ruhig da. Nur einige hunder...

Het huis is al lange tijd niet gemoderniseerd. Dat is ook op de foto's te zien. Bedden zijn wel matig en af en toe heb je het idee dat er zo wat kan afbreken als je iets vastpakt, maar het is verder functioneel.
