The holiday home is located in the quiet residential area of Marienleuchte in the north-east of the island of Fehmarn, approx. 220 m from the natural beach. There are parking spaces for two cars directly at the house, one on the property in front of the garage, one outside the property on the hard shoulder. You can store your bicycles in the garage. The main town of Burg with restaurants and shopping facilities is approx. 8 km away.
From 2022, there may be some disturbances such as construction noise due to the construction work on the Fehmarnbelt tunnel. In addition, it is planned that construction work will take place on the neighbouring property, but this is currently not yet certain.

The holiday home has a total of approx. 90 sqm of living space, it is equipped for 6 people and is divided as follows:
1 closed kitchen, 1 living-dining room, 3 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms. Each bedroom has its own shower room. 2 bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, 1 bedroom has 2 single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped: electric hob with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The living room with fireplace is divided into two areas: Dining area with table and 6 chairs, sitting area with corner sofa and 2 recliners. It is equipped with a flat screen TV (via satellite system), DVD player and small stereo system. From the living room you have access through a large sliding door to the partially covered terrace (south-facing) with outdoor fireplace (fully equipped with garden furniture) and to the fenced garden. A second terrace is located on the east side; garden furniture is also available here.
A washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, ironing board and iron are available free of charge.

Pets are very welcome!
Water and food bowls as well as cushions are available for your four-legged friends. The garden is fenced.

Bungalow
Multiple pets are allowed. 1 - 2 pets cost 10,-€ , 3 - 4 pets cost 20,-€ etc. All types of pets are allowed.
