Bei dem Haus handelt es sich ein altes Fischerhaus (quasi ein altes Reihenhaus ... LOL), welches im der Altstadt von Portocolom gelegen ist. Es sind zusammenhängende Straßenzüge von teilweise ausgebauten und renovierten kleinen, ehemals eingeschossigen Häusern, die meistens um zwei Geschosse aufgest...
Es waren nur Kleinigkeiten. An der Terrassenüberdachnung sollte unbedingt eine Regenrinne angebracht werden, da bei stärkeren Regenereignissen die Terrasse ziemlich geflutet wird.
An der hinteren Dachecke ist eine alte Antenne angerbracht, die bei starkem Wind sehr laute Knarzgeräusche verursacht. E...
