Located 3.5 km from Archez, it is accessed via a bumpy dirt road, making an off-road vehicle advisable, especially from October to May.
The villa is surrounded by nature, making it ideal for a relaxing retreat, though not suited for daily beach trips.
Nearby, Archez offer small supermarkets and restaurants, while the beaches of Torre del Mar and Caleta de Vélez are 45 minutes away.
The villa's living room includes a dining area, satellite TV, and air conditioning.
The fully equipped open kitchen is complemented by an outdoor covered kitchen with a charcoal barbecue near the pool.
Accommodations include two large ground-floor bedrooms and a third in the tower, accessed by a narrow spiral staircase.
The villa has three bathrooms: two in the main house (one en suite) and one by the pool.
