La struttura era accogliente, pulita e dotata di molti comfort (lavatrice, aria condizionata..). La spiaggia era raggiungibile in macchina in un paio di minuti, così come il lungomare. Spiaggia ampia e ben tenuta, mare stupendo.
Poca privacy, sul nostro terrazzino si affacciava una delle finestre del vicino e si sentono molto i rumori degli inquilini dei piani sovrastanti nonché dei condizionatori e dell'aeratore del bagno.
