The beautifully furnished holiday apartments CDA219 and CDA220 with bright and airy interiors are located on the ground floor of the family house in the interesting and picturesque village of Pakotane, between Lake Vrana and the sea. On the nearby beach you can find plenty of shade, which makes the beach suitable for an all-day stay by the sea. The village of Pakotane offers beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants with excellent local cuisine.
Many entertainment and cultural events take place here during the summer. The good location is an additional reason to choose these holiday apartments. We recommend that you visit the Vrana Lake Nature Park and the Krka and Paklenica National Parks. Here you will find many cycling trails and simply enjoy the unspoilt nature. Don't miss a visit to the cities of Zadar and Ibenik. You will be amazed by the cultural and historical sights.

Schöne Ferienwohnung, ruhige Lage, ca 10 Minuten zum Strand zu fuss, auch das Zentrum in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Für uns perfekt.
Sauberkeit war top, die Besitzerin sehr nett und zuvorkommend
Die Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein.
Nur die Ameisen auf der Terrasse waren nervig. Aber das ist halt Natur 🤷

Das Beste an der Ferienwohnung sind die Fliegengitter. Durch die Dämmung am Haus, der hohen Zypressenhecke und den Fensterläden bleibt die Wohnung einigermaßen kühl. Der Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus und ohne Überdachung. In der ganzen Wohnung sind keine Haken für z.B. Handtücher oder anders vorhanden.Die Küche ist nur mit dem Allernötigsten ausgestattet.

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die allerdings nur englisch und kroatisch spricht. Die Sauberkeit war ok, auch wenn es hier und da etwas besser hätte sein können. Blöd war allerdings, dass es im Bad und um Flur nichts gab, um etwas aufzuhängen. Internet ist langsam aber ok. Leider kein deutsches Ferns...
