Welcome to this charming detached villa in Pacengo di Lazise, just 150 metres from Lake Garda, offering the perfect setting for families and groups of up to 10 guests. Built in the 1970s and surrounded by a private fenced garden, the property features a private swimming pool and enjoys a privileged location with direct access to the lakefront.
The villa is divided into two large self-contained apartments, each with its own private entrance. Please note that the apartments are not internally connected. The upper-floor apartment is accessed via an external staircase, making this property ideal for families travelling together who appreciate both shared outdoor spaces and additional privacy.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geräumig. Es ist schön, im Garten mit dem Swimmingpool zu entspannen. Es war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß, daher wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert.

Het vakantiehuis is erg ruim. Het is leuk vertoeven in de tuin met het zwembad.
Het was erg warm tijdens ons verblijf daardoor zou airco wel wenselijk zijn.
