In considerazione del prezzo pagato, una bellissima casa ma non curata. All arrivo non c'era acqua calda. Accen-dendo forno e fornelli saltava la corrente. Durante la notte e' caduta una parte di controsoffitto del tetto. Nella dependance non si chiudeva la porta del bagno ed usciva acqua dalla docc...

Das Haus hat mit Ausnahme der guten Lage, leider viele Mängel.
Dreckige Ecken, teils kaputt. Schimmelige Duschen/ Bäder, ein nicht nutzbares kleines Appartement im unteren Bereich( Gestank nach Gas und abgestandenem Wasser mit lautem Luftentfeuchter Gerät).
