SUITE ROYAL LUXEMBOURG is a 1-bedroom flat located on the Promenade des Anglais in the only building in the city centre with a rooftop swimming pool.


You'll love the location: the Royal Luxembourg is situated in the residence of the same name, just a few metres from the beaches and the sea.

Furthermore, on the roof of the residence, you will have access to a swimming pool with panoramic sea views and a communal terrace.

This is one of the most renowned buildings in the city centre.

Located on the Promenade des Anglais, you'll be in the heart of Nice's Carré d'Or. You will be just a few metres from the beach and the sea, as well as the pedestrian street and its restaurants.

In addition, by reaching Place Masséna in just 5 minutes on foot, you will have access to Avenue Jean Médecin and its many shops, or the Old Town, the ideal place to try all the specialities of Nice.


A few metres from the flat, you will find a bus stop, allowing you to get around easily throughout Nice. If you walk to Avenue Jean Médecin, you will have access to the tramway.

Features a shower, WC and hairdryer.


SWIMMING POOL AND CLUB HOUSE:

A Club House on the top floor of the building is available all year round. There is also a swimming pool on the roof of the building (open from 1 May to 15 October: dates and opening times are subject to change depending on weather conditions). It is accessible to all building residents.
