Die Lage und die Möglichkeit, dass der Hund frei im Garten laufen konnte. Größe des Hauses optimal für Zwei Personen .
Die fehlende Sauberkeit( Dusche mit Schimmel und Schiebetüre auch verdreckt, Silikonfugen im Bad , dreckige Gardine im Bad , gerissene Fliesen, Dunstabzugshaube mit fettigem und staubigen Filter , Ventilatoren verdreckt).

Schränke im Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten haben schlecht gerochen. Keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, Tigermückenplage draußen sitzen nicht möglich. Das Haus und die Gartenanlage wären schön, wenn hier mit mehr Können gearbeitet wurde. Die Rattanstühle im Wohnzimmer sind verschlissen.
