Tutto perfetto. Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Unica pecca, il posto macchina non sempre diponibile nella stessa via dell'alloggio, ma facendo qualche giro dell'isolato, si trova posto nelle traverse in zona.

Türe zum Eingang war defekt ging nicht zu und wenn man sie mit Kraft geschlossen hat bekam man die Tür nicht mehr auf nur mit Gewalt in der Küche alles voll Ameisen und im Bad ist der türstock komplett verschimmelt und vergammelt

Die Duschkabine ist viel zu klein, der Duschvorhang sehr unhygienisch und teilweise an der Aufhängung zerrissen. Hier gehört für jeden neuen Mieter ein neuer Duschvorhang eingehängt.
