- Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.


First floor:

- Furnished with a pleasant mezzanine equipped with a games area and TV

- Bedroom n°3: 2 single beds (90x190cm) and 1 double bed (140x190cm).

Beds will be made on arrival according to the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing-up tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc, etc.) are included in the price, as well as cleaning at the end of your stay.

We can provide a BB cot and high chair free of charge on request.

The village of Talloires boasts one of the most beautiful villages in France, and its exceptional bay, home to a small marina just a few steps from the beach, is full of stories and legends. paragliding base, offers a full range of services: supermarket, chemist, butcher, newsagent, tobacconist, bars and restaurant.

In summer:


- cycling (the cycle path accessible directly from the Chalet allows you to cycle around the lake)

- hiking (many walks start from the house : la Cascade d'Angon (5mns), l'Ermitage, les dents de Lanfon )

- sailing, pedal boats, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddling, water-skiing (we'll be happy to put you in touch with our Talloires partner: Jean-Louis Fontaine)

- paragliding: you'll be able to watch them take off from Montmin or land at the nearby Talloires base: daily spectacle guaranteed!

- mid-mountain walks from Montmin (15 mins), Mont Veyrier (10 mins), Parmelan or La Clusaz (20 mins)

- summer tobogganing from La Clusaz resort

- an adventure park at Talloires (10 mins) or Tamié (40 mins)


In Winter:

- cross-country skiing, downhill skiing or tobogganing from the nearby family resort of Montmin,
