- A private bedroom on the garden level, direct access to the fully equipped 16m2 terrace.

Litter room: 2 adjoining single beds 90x190cm.

- A bathroom with a lake view, fitted with a washbasin and bath with shower screen

- Upstairs, accessed by an internal staircase: spacious living room with a beautiful lake view, fitted with a comfortable double sofa bed. Separate WC.

- Dining area and fully-equipped kitchen.

The deposit will be paid via a pre-authorised bank transfer. A link will be sent by email from the server of our service provider SWIKLY to secure the deposit without impacting the bank limit. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.



Beds will be made up on arrival according to the number of people registered; towels (2/person), tea towels (2/kitchen), bath mats and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing-up tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper/wc...) are included in the price, as is cleaning at the end of your stay.

We can provide a BB cot and high chair free of charge on request.

You can book your transfers, private lessons, home chef, caterer, massages, etc. directly online. A link will also be sent to you as soon as your booking has been confirmed.

About Veyrier du lac:

This typical Savoyard village is located on the shores of Lake Annecy, its 3 grassy beaches provide easy access to the lake and many activities (sailing, water-skiing, diving, kayaking, Wake-Boarding.

A very pretty walk along the lake will take you as far as the neighbouring village of Menthon st Bernard.

All local services are available in Veyrier: supermarket, bakery, butcher, florists, café, restaurants, chemist, doctors.

Annecy is just a few hundred metres away, with easy access via a recent cycle path running alongside the lake.


Nearby, a wide range of activities can be enjoyed

In summer:

- cycling (the cycle path accessible from the RIVE EST now allows you to cycle around the lake)

- hiking: Mont Veyrier, La Tournette or the Cascade d'Angon

- sailing, pedalos, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddling, water skiing (we'll be happy to put you in touch with our Talloires partner: Jean-Louis Fontaine)

- paragliding: you'll be able to watch them take off from Montmin or land at the nearby Talloires base: a daily spectacle guaranteed!

- mid-mountain walks from Montmin (15 mins), Mont Veyrier (10 mins), Parmelan or La Clusaz (20 mins)

- summer tobogganing from La Clusaz resort

- an adventure park at Talloires (15 mins) or Tamié (40 mins)


In Winter:

- cross-country skiing, downhill skiing or tobogganing from the nearby family resort of Montmin,

- cross-country skiing or downhill skiing can also be enjoyed at La Clusaz or Le Grand Bornand (20mns); Les Saisies (40mns), Les 3 Vallées (approx. 1 1/4 hours)

- snowshoe walks from the Col de la Forclaz
