The Villa is situated on top of a green hill with a lovely view over Lake Bolsena and the valleys and surrounding hills of Tuscia, in Tuscany and Umbria, a short distance from Montefiascone town.

The villa has been recently restored and tastefully decorated with rustic-style furniture, many are the relaxing spots of this villa , the roof terrace is ideal for breakfast or to enjoy a chilled glass of wine on warm summer evenings. On the ground floor in the large porch you can dine all together enjoying a delicious grilled meal on the BBQ.

The villa lies on a ground of 11,000 m2 of fenced area with inside garden with centenarian oaks, tables and chairs in the shade of the trees.

A small unpaved path downhill and a small staircase lead to the pool completely hidden from all the rest, it consists of a rectangular pool and a second round pool with a bubble bath.

This property is an ideal place to stay for visiting the nearby sites of natural interest and artistic as Civita di Bagnoregio (the dying city) The thermal baths of Viterbo, Bolsena Lake and its islands, Orvieto, Bomarzo, Tarquinia, ( Etruscan necropolis). Rome, Assisi, the Terme di Saturnia, the Val d'Orcia are about an hour's drive.

The villa is available for events and weddings. On booking for a fee paid services (booking 30 days in advance): events, private chef (typical menus or on request), Etruscan dinner in villa by the pool, sommelier for wine tasting (in English), tasting of typical products in the cellar with visit to the vineyard, bruschette with extra virgin olive oil in the oil mill with visit to the olive grove, tasting of typical cheese and dairy products at the farmer's, visit to the terracotta kiln with Etruscan lunch cooked exclusively in terracotta pots, pizza party in the villa with pizzas cooked in a wood-burning oven, grill party in the villa with food cooked on the grill, ice cream party, cooking lessons, private boat tour on Lake Bolsena with circumnavigation of the two islands, guided tours in the nearby villages of Tuscia, in minibus with or without guide, guided tours of Rome and Assisi with private mini bus, horseback riding and trekking, sport fishing on Lake Bolsena accompanied by a fisherman. Transfer to and from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports by private mini-bus, car, bicycle, motorboat, pedalo and sailing boat hire, booking of tennis courts, five-a-side football pitches and golf courses.
