The house is distributed on two floors, on the upper floor there are three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one bedroom suite with double bed, bathroom with shower and private terrace, the other two bedrooms with two single beds and finally the second bathroom with bathtub.

On the main floor there is the additional toilet room, the independent and well equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, etc., the living room with its dining room set, large chaise longue sofa, television set and a large picture window opening onto the private terrace with pergola, furnished with table and chairs for your outdoor meals, built barbecue (there is no grill on the barbecue) with a worktop next to it and a grill to have direct access to the residence's community area where you'll find the swimming pool, showers and sun loungers in a garden with olive trees and lawns.



To complete the comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, integrated air conditioning and a large private garage. Optional services to be ordered in advance include bed linen (sheets and shower towels) for 10€/person and cleaning service for 20€/hour.



The residential complex is made up of 24 villas set in a pleasant green area with lawns, olive trees, outdoor showers and a beautiful swimming pool. It is located in a family area, about 700 metres from the long golden sand beach and from the centre of El Creixell with all kinds of services and shops.

Creixell is a coastal town with a magnificent beach of white sand and shallow waters, to the north of the Costa Dorada. It is an ideal beach for water sports or to enjoy with the family. It has been awarded the "Blue Flag" by the Catalan Department of the Environment for the quality of its services and its waters. Its almost 2km long and 40km wide form the following beaches:



- El Creixell Beach, where the old fishermen's houses historically known as Las Tiendas de Mar and the newly built ones are very close to the beach. There is also the Nautical Club, with a base for the Catalan Sailing School and several beach bars.



- The Gorg beach is a protected area of natural interest where you can enjoy a privileged natural environment. The dunes are very well preserved with autochthonous flora and fauna. El Gorg is part of the protected area of the Muntanyans of Torredembarra and has been awarded in 2018 with the Virgin Beach certification of the regions of Tarragona and Terres de l'Ebre.



Creixell has a beautiful historic centre with elements of its architectural heritage that are cultural assets of national interest; its castle, its three medieval watchtowers and defence towers (Cal Caudal, Cal Jeroni and Ca la Miquelina), the church of Santiago and the modernist crowning of the bell tower by the architect Jujol stand out.



It is located 2 km from the marina of Torredembarra, which is why it is common to find in the waters of this beach people practising water sports such as sailing or windsurfing, 18 km from Tarragona and its "Tarraco Archaeological Ensemble" in front of the beach, considered a World Heritage Site by Unesco, 25 km from Salou with its PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park, one of the largest in Europe, and 81 km from Barcelona.
