Mooie woning, maar slecht onderhouden.

De woning op zich is mooi. De staat van onderhoud behoeft aandacht.
De keukenkast is beschimmeld en dat wordt ook zichtbaar op de keukenmuur.
De afzuiging in de badkamer en het toilet functioneert niet.
Vooral de badkamer heeft last van schimmel.

Prettig dat de auto bij het huis geparkeerd kon worden. Veilig op slot.
