Perfect for families and groups of friends, the recently renovated home features air-conditioned rooms with new mattresses, a large fenced garden welcoming pets, and a private swimming pool with a modern cleaning system.
Enjoy long walks, relax by the pool, or explore nearby cultural gems like Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca, and even Florence-all easily accessible for day trips.
The beach is just a 30-minute drive away.
Outdoor amenities include a brick barbecue and an electric car charging station.
Optional services available upon reservation and payment include wine tastings, catering for breakfast and dinner, and up to 15 electric bike rentals.
Guests can also rent a motorboat for up to 13 people.
For added comfort, three extra bedrooms can be booked onsite. Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted

Die Lage ist fantastisch für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen und dennoch kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe haben möchten. Wir haben Pisa und Florenz an einem Tag besucht, was sehr praktisch war. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt haben.

Läget är fantastiskt för dem som vill ha en lugn tillflykt men fortfarande nära kulturella platser, Vi besökte Pisa och Florens på en dag, vilket var ganska bekvämt, Värdarna var vänliga och tillmötesgående, vilket fick oss att känna oss som hemma
