Le petit jardin sans vis à vis
La tranquillité .
Très bon emplacement proche aussi bien des Issambres que de st Maxime.plage à 5 minutes à pieds si on a pas de voiture.
Petit coin cuisine bien aménagé apparemment neuf ou récent.
Très petite baignoire carrée avec siège incorporé,(certainement pour personne âgée)mais ce qui laisse peu de place pour prendre sa douche normalement debout(à peine la place pour mettre les pieds si on veux prendre sa douche debout et non pas assis)
On peut facilement "se casser la figure "si on ne fait pas attention.

L'appartement est très bien situé pour aller à la plage de la nartelle (250 m). Il est très bien équipé, propre. Juste la baignoire un peu vieillotte . Je recommande

Pas de clim ... vmc qui ne foncionne pas . Acces a la plage positif , bonne literie , et entree de l'appart tres agreable , tres bon acceuil de l'agence .
