A beautiful, architect-designed villa with a private swimming pool and panoramic views, situated on the hills above Tignet.
Situated 49 km from Nice, 25 km from Cannes and 10 km from Grasse, this villa offers the unique charm of its beautiful, secluded swimming pool (heated on request and subject to prior booking) with its distinctive design, featuring a Roman staircase and an outdoor shower. A magnificent garden with olive trees allows you to immerse yourself in the Provençal countryside, whilst the large bay windows and terraces offer a magical view of the sea.
The loggia and garden furniture are perfect for enjoying an aperitif in the shade by the pool. The ground floor and adjoining terrace can be made safe for young children under supervision.
This house is ideal for lovers of peace and unspoilt nature and is therefore not suitable for parties or outdoor events.
The village of Tignet has no real centre, but consists of idyllic properties scattered across the scrubland; it is very sunny and peaceful, ideal for families. Nearby, Lake Saint Cassien offers a wide range of sporting activities. Follow the Siagne gorges, try canyoning or abseiling in Gourdon and Bar-sur-Loup, or head to the hilltop village of Cabris, 5 km away, which boasts a beautiful golf course for amateurs. You can sample the delicious local cuisine in the many restaurants.

The views are outstanding and everything was clean and welcoming on arrival. The pool is the best we have ever enjoyed with the children spending most of their time in it. The garden and pool which are lit at night was quite magical. Carrefour, a short drive away, has everything that you could need but a car is essential. We were sorry to leave. Thoroughly recommended.
Some suffered from insect bites, but we came prepared for that.

Alt spillede og huset var en solid base for alle vores turer rundt i det syd franske.

Heerlijk huis. Bijzonder smaakvol Franse inrichting. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Eigenaar heeft alles goed geregeld. Punctueel, komt afspraken na, heel prettig. Heerlijk verblijf voor een week absolute rust. Tip voor gezinnen met kids: heel jong is niet handig, maar onze 10 jarigen boys hebben het fantastisch gehad.
