Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, leider ist der Mangel auf der Terrasse noch immer nicht behoben. Sie sagten uns 2024 schon eine Behebung zu, Bei Regen tropft das Wasser auf den Tisch und Terrasse und fällt in das Essen. Keine Seife, Fussmatte im Bad, Aufzug funktioniert oft nicht, Parkhaus sehr eng, keine Informationen zum Müll, WLAN funktioniert nicht, kein Passwort angegeben, Abflüsse stinken sehr stark! Dusche NUR heißes Wasser...Möbel nicht wie auf den Fotos. 10 Uhr Check-Out ist VIEL zu früh. Lage ist ok, sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung entsprach nicht der Einrichtung auf den Fotos.
Im Bad stank der Abfluss...
keine Tücher zum Geschirr trocknen vorhanden..
die Betten nebst Kopfkissen gehören wegen Flecken längst ausgetauscht...
der Hammer allerdings:
in die Garage passen nur Kleinwägen, was aber vor der Buchung nicht er...
