In an elevated position on a slope, 3 km from the sea. Private: garden 600 m2 (not fenced). Bumpy, narrow motor access to the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, bus stop "chemin des Baumes" 2.9 km, railway station "Saint Cyr les Lecques-La Cadière" 3.8 km, sandy beach 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, riding stable 2 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualand 5 km. Hiking paths: Sainte Baume, Sainte Victoire, Calanques Port-Cros, Porquerolles, Ile verte, Embiez, Figuerolles, Cassis. Please note: car recommended.
