Short Description: Welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn-West.
The "Meeresblick" (Sea View) house is one of the most sought-after properties in Kühlungsborn and is characterized by its immediate proximity to the beach. Location Description: The "Meeresblick" house (formerly the Kühlungsborn spa house) was rebuilt in 2000, modeled after the old spa house of Kühlungsborn, and is located directly on the beach.
The architecture of the house combines early 20th-century style elements with the modern and comfortable demands of today.
Two glass elevators will take you through the vast, green, glass-covered atrium to your apartment.
The house has an underground garage (max. height 1.65 m) as well as a bicycle cellar.
There is also a café with a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea.
Here you can enjoy the breakfast buffet in the morning, or purchase freshly baked bread rolls daily for consumption in your apartment. Amenities: The comfortably and stylishly furnished 2-room holiday apartment is located on the raised ground floor and offers ample space for your vacation days with a living area of approximately 42 sqm.
