Location description:
The accommodation is in a quiet location. The neighbouring Kulkwitzer See recreational area with its many green spaces is just a five-minute walk away. Water sports enthusiasts can pursue their sporting preferences there: Swimming and bathing facilities, diving school, water skiing are available there.

We are a very good starting point for hiking and cycling tours. The cycle paths are well developed.

Leipzig main railway station is about 11 km away.
The tram stop is about a 10-minute walk away. It takes about half an hour to get to Leipzig city centre. There is a Netto and Aldi supermarket nearby.

Features:
The modern furnished and extended holiday flat is located in a historic building that is around 150 years old. It was part of the Lausen manor and was used as a barn. We have tastefully renovated the building!

The spacious holiday flat extends over two floors and is characterised by its open character.

The living room is bright and furnished with a TV and seating set. The kitchen is directly adjacent to the living area, but is separated from the living room by a wall. The kitchen area is also furnished in a modern design. Oven, hob, coffee machine etc. are available and offer everything you need for your self-catering. A nice dining area is of course also available for you.

Two separate bedrooms are also available. One of them is furnished with a double bed. The other with two single beds. The beds are comfortable, so you are sure to sleep well. One of the bedrooms is located in the attic, which you can reach via a staircase.

The bathroom is spacious and nicely tiled. There is a bathtub and shower. There is also plenty of space for your personal care products.

Special features:
The city of Leipzig will charge a guest tax from 1 January 2019 to partially finance the tourist infrastructure. Every guest in my accommodation must pay €1.00 per person per day on site. Children and young people up to the age of 18 are free.
