Short description:
In this exclusive penthouse with sea, beach, and yacht views, you will experience your perfect holiday dream...
Welcome to Kühlungsborn-Ost.
Location description:
The holiday apartment complex "Urlaubs(t)räume am Meer" was built in 2008 in Mediterranean style, immediately near the impressive harbor promenade and the Baltic Sea in Kühlungsborn-Ost. You can browse to your heart's content in the numerous shops or be inspired by our artists.
The many restaurants and bars ensure your culinary well-being, or you can enjoy the fascinating view of the harbor and the various yachts with a delicious cocktail.
You can quickly reach the pier with its large forecourt.
Boat trips are offered here, for example to Warnemünde. Directly adjacent to the pier's forecourt is the popular and lively Strandstraße. Here you will find everything your heart desires.
Larger and smaller shops are lined up, and culinary delights are not neglected. The sought-after fish roll stand is recommended for a small snack in between; you can't miss it. Another highlight is the nostalgic "Molli" steam train.
You can find more details at the East train station. Features: The luxurious penthouse is located on the second floor and offers you a breathtaking view of the sea, yachts, and harbor.
All furnishings radiate warmth and comfort, and the stone floor completes the maritime ambiance of the apartment. The living room has a cozy sofa and a reclining armchair.
Here you can relax and end an eventful vacation day in good company.
A flatscreen TV and a music system with a CD player provide your entertainment. Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen.
Here you will find everything your heart desires for preparing your meals. The dining table for two invites you to a cozy breakfast or a romantic candlelight dinner. The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed with high-quality mattresses.
A restful sleep is guaranteed here.
You can store your entire holiday wardrobe in the large wardrobe.
The bedroom has special blackout curtains so you won't be woken by the first rays of sunshine... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sink, the toilet is located separately in another room and also has a sink. Outdoor area: From the living room, you can access the large roof terrace.
It is equipped with a comfortable beach chair and high-quality balcony furniture. Here you can sunbathe and watch the yachts and the hustle and bustle at the harbor. A parking space in the underground garage (max. height 2 m) is available free of charge for your car. You can conveniently reach the apartment directly from the underground garage by elevator, so no barriers need to be overcome. Special features: Our popular attraction, the Ferris wheel "La Baltica," is expected to be back in operation in spring 2027 on the adjacent site.
In spring 2026, it was moved to Kühlungsborn West directly to the harbor for a short time to offer you fantastic views of the surroundings.
Note: Due to the size of the Ferris wheel, there may be temporary view restrictions. There is a sauna house with a separate relaxation room in the complex, which can be used free of charge. The underground garage offers two bicycle storage rooms and a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Free Wi-Fi access is available to you. General information: Arrival from 4:00 PM Departure by 10:00 AM Please understand that smoking is not allowed in this apartment. Out of consideration for other guests, your pets must stay at home. Fantastic
Tolles Haus in fantastischer Lage

NewSuper Lage, super Ausblick

Wie schon gesagt die Wohnung und die Lage sind einfach top.
Das Sofa hat schon sehr gelitten, da könnte man mal über ein neues nachdenken. Das ist aber auch das einzige Manko was uns aufgefallen ist.
