Appartement bien situé car proche des commodités.
L'agence a remplacé sur le champ la cafetière défectueuse mais manifestement le propriétaire prefere le rafistolage plutôt que de remplacer les équipements défectueux (cabine de douche dont les battants nt du mal à coulisser et dont l'un ne tient que...

Appartement qui pourrait être très bien mais qui est vieillissant Les moins : placards vides : prévoir condiment Sopalin torchons sacs poubelles etc..être très très discrets sinon les voisins râlent ..... Les plus : excellente literie ... proche commerces et plage ... belle terrasse pour les soirées c est sympa
