Das Haus ist ein gutes Beispiel für klassische Moderne. Die Lage ist schön und ruhig, die Einrichtung kommt mit der Qualität des Hauses nicht ganz mit. Die Küche ist funktional und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß aber im Mai noch nicht warm genug zum Schwimmen.
