HOLIDAY BECAME A NIGHTMARE FOR OUR KIDS

Spyros K., Feb 2024
I am writing to express our dissatisfaction with the rental experience at your property. Despite initial charm, cleanliness issues and the unprofessional conduct of Ms. A. severely marred our stay. Her demands were unreasonable, and her behavior towards us, including our children, was unacceptable. We expect a prompt resolution to this matter, and we will send you a detailed email.
