Private: property 800 m2. Steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Cupelin" 750 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervaus" 7.8 km. Tennis 3.2 km, minigolf 3.2 km, sports centre 3 km, skisport facilities 2 km, cross country ski track 5 km, ice rink 2.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).
