Beautiful apartment in a three-family house on a large plot with lawn and fruit trees .
Terrace with beautiful view of Lake Maggiore (1.5 km from the pebble beach). 500 m Luino with beautiful lakeside promenade with bars and typical restaurants and ferries to other picturesque towns on the lake and the Borromean Islands.
The surrounding area offers many hiking and biking trails, including a foot and bike path that runs from Luino for 8 km mostly along the river bank.
Possibility to order a Wi-Fi modem, a high chair and a crib (payment on site).

Die Wohnung hat uns gefallen. Besonders der große Baum vor den Fenstern bringt Schatten, was bei höheren Temperaturen durchaus Sinn macht. Allerdings finden wir es nicht mehr zeitgemäß, dass kein WLAN anliegt. Dafür hätte man ein Modem mieten müssen.

Schöne Wohnung, toller Blick auf den Lago Maggiore, hilfreiche Vermieter - wir kommen gerne wieder!Zwei kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge : 1. WLAN - da heutzutage fast alles digital geregelt wird inkl. Eintritts- und Zugtickets - 2. Mückenetze wenigstens an jeweils einem Fenster pro Raum - damit abends Fensteröffnung möglich ist , ohne von den kleinen Plagegeistern tracktiert zu werden.
