Pleasant apartment with beautiful sea view, just 6 km from Moneglia and 12 km from Sestri Levante.
The apartment is on 2 floors, the bedrooms are on the second floor.
Ideal location for exploring the beautiful bays of Moneglia, the nearby Vara Valley (first European municipality with environmental certification) and the wide sandy beaches of Fairy Bay and the Bay of Tranquility in Sestri Levante. 37 km the fashionable Santa Margherita Ligure, 42 km the picturesque Portofino.
Ferries from Sestri Levante and Santa Margherita Ligure to the Cinque Terre area (42 km Monterosso, 44 km Camogli and San Fruttuoso with its beautiful Benedictine monastery and bronze statue of Christ on the bottom of the sea - a diver's paradise). Fantastisk hus for dem der søger det autentiske tæt på hvor italienerne rent faktisk bor. Børnene elskede hønsene i haven og udsigten er fantastisk til prisen. Eneste minus er kørselsvejledningen, som er umulig at følge for ikke lokale. Koordinaterne er forkerte, huset ligger faktisk her 44°15'23.6"N 9°30'18.7"E

We had a very nice stay. In the house there was everything you need. Inside it was very clean and well maintained, so that we felt completely comfortable.
We particularly liked the location and the quiet and contributed to our relaxation.
