The Apartment is located only 30 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia airports and only 12 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach of Guardamar del Segura. The apartment is situated in a traditional Spanish town surrounded by lemon and orange trees, on a small gated residential complex which has a mix of residential and holiday homes, has a communal swimming pool with shower facilities. There is a lift in the block. Only short distance to the PUB/Restaurants, Cafes, local shops and village square with playground for children.
Only 5 min away from superb 5 star La Finca Course which is a paradise for golfers, 10-15 min to the lakes and Torrevieja. There is also internet connection (wi-fi) but because it is communal we can’t guarantee the speed.
