Lage ist gut weil fast direkt am Meer.
Allerdings hört man die Hauptstraße in der Nähe. Ausblick auf Spielplatz gegenüber muss man hinnehmen , lautes Haus nach hinten kann stören. Achtung: ortsüblich gibt es viele Stechmücken.
Das Haus benötigt innen eine Kernsanierung. Da wurde seit 30 Jahren nichts angepasst. Unerträglich: alles nur Einzelbetten. Muffige Innenausstattung in Bad und Schlafzimmer. Wohnzimmer in gutem Zustand.
