Die Lage, die Ruhe, die Optik außen und der große Garten.
Die Minze und Zitronen/ Orangen Bäume.
Die Möglichkeit zu grillen und der Pool sind wirklich toll.
Die Küche war von den Utensilien wirklich abgerockt und Stiefmütterlich behandelt. Ich musste erstmal komplett putzen und alles säubern.
Alle Gerätschaften sind in die Jahre gekommen und sehen auch so aus.
Die Wasserhähne im kompletten Haus sind so abgegammelt & abgeranzt, dass man erstmal Angst hat...

Die Finca war alles in allem eine gute Entscheidung. Die Fotos der Anzeige wichen ein wenig von der Realität ab und sind vermutlich mit Weitwinkel fotografiert worden. Die Lage ist ein Traum, man ist ungestört von anderen Menschen und ist für sich. Mit dem Auto sind Supermärkte oder Ausflüge top zu erreichen.
Der Parkplatz ist direkt neben dem Pool / Terrasse, dass war auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich. Das Interior ist schon mehr als in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal erneuert werden (Wasserhähne in den Badezimmern zb). Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen und verursachten Rückenschmerzen. Der Nachbars Hahn ...
