This modern and spacious house is ideally located just 100 metres from the white sandy beach of Playa de Muro. Situated in a quiet area with sea views this house has everything to offer its clients for a relaxing holiday.
There is a spacious modern lounge/dining room with large doors leading out onto a furnished terrace overlooking the pool. The house also has WiFi connection.
The kitchen is also very modern and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave and coffee machine.
There is also a shower room on this floor.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with twin beds, one with double bed and an impressive master bedroom. This master bedroom has an open plan feel with a round bath feature (bath function only), separate shower and toilet. There bedroom also has a beautiful terrace with sea views and sun loungers as well.
There is also another separate bathroom with shower over bath on this level. There is air conditioning only in the bedrooms from 17h - 8 hours.
Outside there is a terrace for dining and a swimming pool which is enclosed and has a sunbathing area. There is also a garden with swings for the children.
