The apartment, located on the beachfront of Los Lances Beach, is equipped for 4 people.
In the main living area, you will find a small hallway that opens into the kitchen (American style), fully equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, and kitchenware, and into the living room which features modern furniture, a large sofa, and a dining table with 4 chairs.
To the right, we have the second bathroom equipped with a bathtub (the first is located at the beginning of the hallway and has a shower tray), and the 2 bedrooms; the first with 2 single beds and a wardrobe, and the second with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
Both rooms have heaters. However, the best part of this apartment is undoubtedly its private garden.
It is perfect for families with children or for washing windsurf or kite gear.
It has side sea views and a small portable barbecue.
It also has a separate entrance to the outside, allowing you to go from the beach to the garden without having to enter the apartment. The urbanization, in a privileged location, has garden areas and a seasonal swimming pool (open from June 15th to September 15th). In the area, you will find beach bars, cafes, and restaurants... and in 10-15 minutes on foot, you will be in the historic center of Tarifa. Hemos pasado una semana estupenda....buen tiempo....el apartamento fenomenal...bien situado...a 10 minutos andando del pueblo....a 1 minuto de la playa....al lado de muchos chiringuitos....ha estado todo fenomenal....

Muy cerca de la.playa y del paseo marítimo. Muy tranquilo. A 15 min del centro. La piscina se agradece. La wifi también. La entrada al jardín directamente desde la calle es muy cómoda.

Perfecto apartamento al lado del paseo y de la playa, y a 10-15 minutos del centro de Tarifa. Parking gratis al lado del apartamento y piscina en la urbanización. En definitiva todo muy bien.
