Casa Marsala 1 pairs a spacious private terrace with a shared pool and garden. This 80 m² ground-floor apartment for up to 5 guests is in Marsala, within a Mediterranean-style villa containing 2 holiday apartments. The owners occupy a further accommodation in the villa during summer.
The illuminated, furnished terrace and veranda offer space to spend time outdoors. In the shared garden, the 40 m² pool is open from the beginning of April to the end of October. A barbecue and outdoor shower add to the outdoor facilities. A sandy beach is nearby; the nearest beach is approximately 470 m away in a straight line.
Inside are a living and dining area, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds; an extra bed is available in the living area. The colourful interiors bring together different styles, including some ethnically inspired pieces.
The kitchen has a gas hob, oven and dishwasher for preparing meals at home. Internet, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine and dryer are available, as are a cot and high chair. Private outdoor parking is included.
A restaurant is approximately 150 m away and a supermarket about 940 m away, both in a straight line. Local wineries invite exploration, while the Stagnone lagoon with the island of Mothia and the medieval town of Erice offer further ideas for days out.
Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms, water and gas are included. An electricity allowance of 150 kW is also included. A €300 cash security deposit is payable on arrival. Pets are not allowed; smoking and youth groups are permitted. Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, die Hosts waren immer erreichbar.
Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft, die Hosts waren immer erreichbar. Wenn es ein Anliegen gab, wurde es sofort geklärt. Check in war sehr spät möglich. Der Pool war gut gekühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut.

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit!
Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet, der Host war sehr lieb und hilfsbereit und der Pool ein absolutes Highlight! Den Strand konnte man auch gut erreichen und parken konnten wir kostenlos auf dem Grundstück.
