Villa Capo Passero is an exclusive villa with swimming pool set on a cliff overlooking the sea just a few hundred metres from the beach and the small town of Portopalo di Capo Passero, the southernmost village in Sicily. Its large, well-equipped terraces and beautiful private pool offer breathtaking views of the island of Capo Passero, while the sea can be reached directly on foot via a path that runs along the cliffs of the property. In the grounds around the villa, left in their natural state, wild bougainvillea plants, dwarf palms and prickly pears grow. Precious local materials were used in the restoration of the villa, which was carried out according to high standards of efficiency and quality. The elegant interiors, finely furnished in perfect contemporary style, are equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, satellite TV and a washing machine. The main villa is on two levels and consists of a large living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. While the sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms is on the first floor. Attached to the villa, an independent flat comprises a small living room with kitchenette, two further bedrooms and a bathroom. The golden beaches of Carratois, Isola delle Correnti and the Vendicari nature reserve can be reached within a few kilometres by car, as well as the splendid Baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse.

Sehr schönes Haus, unterteilt in einen Hauptteil und ein kleines Apartment, die Teenager haben den Pöatz für sich genossen.
Leider gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer und der Weg am Meer entlang ist eher eine Geröllhalde...dafür ist der Blick atemberaubend! Die Terrasse ist super, eigentlich gib...

Bellissima casa in posizione panoramica affacciata sul mare con Vista sull'isola di Capopassero e sul mare dalle 1000 sfumature. Gradita sorpresa la piscina di recente installazione per passare ore liete in compagnia delle onde che si infrangono sulla scogliera

Bellissimo appartamento in stile moderno con una vista spettacolare sulla scogliera a picco sul mare, ampia privacy ma comunque molto comodo in quanto vicino al centro del paese, ai supermercati e ristoranti.
Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare!
