Villa Capo Passero is an exclusive villa with a swimming pool perched on a cliff overlooking the sea, just a few hundred meters from the beach and the small center of Portopalo di Capo Passero, the southernmost town in Sicily.

Sehr schönes Haus, unterteilt in einen Hauptteil und ein kleines Apartment, die Teenager haben den Pöatz für sich genossen.
Leider gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Meer und der Weg am Meer entlang ist eher eine Geröllhalde...dafür ist der Blick atemberaubend! Die Terrasse ist super, eigentlich gib...

Bellissima casa in posizione panoramica affacciata sul mare con Vista sull'isola di Capopassero e sul mare dalle 1000 sfumature. Gradita sorpresa la piscina di recente installazione per passare ore liete in compagnia delle onde che si infrangono sulla scogliera

Bellissimo appartamento in stile moderno con una vista spettacolare sulla scogliera a picco sul mare, ampia privacy ma comunque molto comodo in quanto vicino al centro del paese, ai supermercati e ristoranti.
Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare!
