The owner can provide up to five single beds included in the rental price.

Property Villa Ardene is a lovely stone building that includes private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Villa Ardene is located 3 km (2 mi) from Montepulciano, Italy and only 34 km (21 mi) from Cortona in the tourist area "Orcia Valley".
The Villa staff can organize various customized services such as: guided tours of wineries in Montepulciano, tasting tours, E-bike rental or tour, airport shuttle services and much more.
The Villa consists of a main building and a dependance surrounded by a beautiful garden, each one offering several apartments and bedrooms with bathrooms. A communal dining-room with kitchen is available, accessible only from the outside and not connected with the rest of the property from the inside.
There is also an external barbecue, equipped with wood oven and pick-nick area .
Montepulciano can be reached on foot by the villa if you like walking.
It is part of a working farm, the owners breed animals and grow fruit trees and vegetables. Some cats are present on site.

After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. After a hectic day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Outdoors you will also find a barbecue grill and patio. Dining with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. We spent one week at Villa Ardene to celebrate our wedding. The place is breathtaking - definitely even more beautiful than the photos let on! The wedding dinner that Benedetta and her colleagues provided was just delicious! We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful place to stay! Had an excellent meal (vegetarian and gluten free) made by Benedetta. Any questions were answered right away. Staff didn’t speak English but was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were just like pictures but the views of Montepulchiano at night were breathtaking. Made me want to move there!

Villa Ardene in Montepulchiano was a dream. The rooms beautiful, the flowers gorgeous, food delicious, staff friendly, area perfect. I would go back tomorrow if I could. What a wonderful family experience in such a lovely setting.
