Die Lage, die freundlichen Gastgeber, der Hof und die vielen kinderfreundlichen Sachen am Hof, (Rutsche, Schaukel usw)
Einige kleinere Reparatur (defekter Türgriff, Balkon, einige lockere Türgriffe)bedürftige Mängel müssten beseitigt werden, aber aufgrund des handwerker mangels dauert dies noch etwas.

Viel Platz für eine große Familie mit Hund, große Küche, schöner Balkon.
Sehr ruhig gelegen.
Viele Fliegen sind auf dem Bauernhof zu erwarten, allerdings würde ein Fliegengitter zumindest in den Schlafräumen schon viel helfen. Ausstattung ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen.
