La maison qui aurait besoin d un coup de neuf
Mobilier désuet, une seul climatisation pour toute la maison c est insuffisant, fuite des toilettes

La vivienda tenía todos los servicios, y la piscina comunitaria estaba muy bien.
El mobiliario esta anticuado, sofá no es comodo. La ubicación general es buena . Lo gestiona una inmobiliaria , interhome y te obliga a desplazarte a Denia ( 5km de carretera de costa) para coger las llaves y para dejarlas cuando te marchas. Tuve que abandonar la vivienda a las 10 de la mañana. Estos dos últimos aspectos generaron una impresión muy negativa. una pena porque la vivienda está bien

Tiene ventilación cruzada que mantiene una temperatura de la vivienda muy fresca
La urbanización está muy cuidada y la piscina es muy bonita.
La distancia a la playa se aumenta por la imposibilidad de cruzar de forma directa, se hace largo el paseo
