For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool kidney-shaped (5 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking (limited number of spaces). Supermarket 1 km, restaurant, bar, café 150 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 20 km, ferry 20 km, sandy beach 200 m. Golf course (18 hole) 500 m, tennis 700 m, riding stable 2 km, children's playground 600 m. Nearby attractions: go karting 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Proximité immédiate d'une plage magnifique. Appartement très bien décoré, propre, bien équipé (comme à la maison),
belle terrasse et jolie piscine au pied de l'appartement.
Pas de chaines internationales sur la TV pourtant noté sur l'annonce. (que des chaines espagnoles).
Malgré un personnel interhome charmant et agréable parlant un Français impeccable, je n'ai pas
apprécié de faire 50 kms et une heure de route en plus pour aller chercher les clés et idem pour le reto...

el apartamento es cómodo y está bien ubicado para disfrutar de la playa y la piscina que tiene el complejo. El mobiliario aparte de obsoleto tiene ya bastante uso y debería renovarse. La climatización perfecta con el aire acondicionado y cinco ventiladores de techo. El mayor inconveniente es tener que ir a buscar las llaves a la oficina de Dénia.
