Shop 50 m, supermarket 150 m, bakery 100 m, bus stop "L9 a Plaça Universitat" 150 m, railway station "Estació de Sants" 1.7 km, underground station "L1 - Santa Eulàlia" 700 m, sandy beach "Barceloneta" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Parc Güell 6.5 km, Plaça Catalunya 4 km, Passeig de Gràcia 4.2 km, Sagrada Família 5.6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. House only available, specifically, for families and responsible adults over 25 years old.
