Lejligheden har fantastisk udsigt, men der er en del støj fra tog og vej tæt ved bygningens bagside. Adkomstforholdene med bil er lidt svære, i sær med større biler.
Lejligheden trænger til en gennemgang for fejl og mangler som der er nogle af. Køkkenet er lidt sparsomt udstyret, men man kan dog lave mad der.

La proximité du train est un avantage pour aller a Barcelone et un inconvénient pour le bruit ( on ne peut pas tout avoir )
